After your first appointment you will have a follow-up with your health coach once or twice a month. If you need additional appointments, just let us know!

We can review the labs you ordered with your PCP or specialist. We can also recommend labs to get done through your Doctor or drop-ship test kits to you that you can take to your local LabCrop in case of a blood test or do it yourself if it's a stool or saliva test etc. In this case, your test will be self-pay.

Would love to! Having a good health care team by your side where the members collaborate is powerful. Some providers are more open to working with integrative, whole-person approaches than others but great health care providers like to be in the know of what's happening to their patients.
