To secure a date and time for your consultation, you will be billed a $100 nonrefundable deposit that will be applied towards your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule within 60 days of cancellation. Your nonrefundable deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled appointment or forfeited after the 60-day cancellation policy.
Any remaining balances will be due after your initial consultation. For example if you select the NEW CLIENT package, you will pay a deposit of $100 when you schedule your appointment. The remainder $375 will be due after your initial appointment.
The Initial Consultation is your first scheduled appointment with your coach, where an in-depth dialogue and discovery of your health status will take place. The New Client intake form will need to be completed at least 3 days but preferably a week before your initial consult in order to give your coach enough time to review and prepare for your appointment.
We only offer our coaching services in a package as it is designed to maximize your investment. When partnering with Frontier, you are committing to Frontier's pathway to health success: (1.) Completion of intake form + Comprehensive initial consult (2.) Creation of customized health plan by Dr. Adam (3.) Follow-up appointment to review your health plan 1-2 weeks after your initial consult.
Additional follow-up appointments can be booked separately.
Follow-up consults are scheduled appointments with your coach to monitor, evaluate and adjust your ongoing care and progress. These sessions are vital for assessing whether any changes to your care or protocols are required.
If you have queries for your coach between consultations, you can always reach out to via email. Emails work well for a quick question. If your question is more detailed, or you are presenting substantial new information (e.g., new bloodwork), it’s most efficient to schedule a short consultation with your coach.
Cancelled or missed appointments with less than two day's notice will be billed at half of the cost for your appointment. The purpose of this is to encourage our clients to take their consultation times as seriously as we do. That time is reserved for you; if you do not keep the scheduled time, then other clients, who need earlier appointments than the schedule permits, are being obligated to wait longer than necessary. We remain available to discuss this policy in general, or individual circumstances.
We are a cash-only practice. We can accept payment via Zelle, Venmo and PayPal. We do not accept insurance or HSA. Our policy requires that payments are made at the time of your scheduled consultation.
